Alynne Hanford, Global Sales Manager, Incentive Industry, American Airlines, is responsible for negotiating American Airlines Group & Meeting Travel product contracts with incentive market buyers. With 25 years experience in the travel and meetings industry, Alynne prides herself in looking beyond general parameters to provide innovative and creative solutions to her customers’ needs. Alynne currently serves on the IRF Board of Trustees and The Richland College TEMM (Travel, Events, Meetings Management) Board and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Alynne is also the Chair of the IRF Nominating Committee. She most recently received the 2010 Spirit of Excellence Award from Carlson Marketing Worldwide.
