• Applications for the 2026 Accelerate Class are now closed.

Mid-level incentive professionals looking to grow into a Director level role within the next two to three years. Both incentive buyers and suppliers are welcome to apply. Applicants must be in an incentive-focused role.

All Accelerate participants will be assigned a mentor from the IRF Board of Trustees and be placed on an IRF Committee. Accelerate participants will also be invited to attend the IRF Invitational completely hosted and the opportunity to participate in upcoming research projects.

IRF Accelerate participants will engage with the IRF in various ways throughout the year:

• Attend an Orientation in January or February
• Quarterly meetings with their Board of Trustees mentor
• Monthly meetings with IRF volunteer committee
• Participate in one Research Paper
• Attend the annual IRF Invitational
