SARAH HAINES has been in the events industry for over 15 years. She became an employee-owner at ITA Group in 2007 starting in operations and has moved to various leadership positions within the company. In her current role she leads a team of over 250 event professionals handling purchasing, operations, air operations, registration and onsite event execution. Her primary focus is helping clients infuse strategy and the science behind motivating people into their events.
