In August, we gathered a group of incentive professionals at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for roundtable discussions in partnership with Destination Canada Business Events. The group had a candid discussion of program elements and desired outcomes that are driving destination decisions for today’s incentive buyers. The findings and insights collected during this specific moment in time were presented in the white paper Decision Drivers 2022: Elevating the Experience.
