(Washington, DC, October 3, 2024) The Incentive Research Foundation is pleased to announce the 2025 IRF Board of Trustees. Representing a cross section of the incentives, rewards, and recognition industry, the IRF Board of Trustees leads the foundation in meeting its mission of conducting research and providing education highlighting the power of incentive and motivational programs.
“The IRF Board of Trustees represents a diverse range of experience, perspectives, and roles in the incentives industry,” said Stephanie Harris, IRF President. “We are so pleased to be adding four new members to our Board of Trustees. These talented individuals have already contributed to the mission and vision of the IRF through committee and task force work, participating in webinars, and supporting new initiatives.”

The Incentive Research Foundation (TheIRF.org) funds and promotes research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally. The goal is to increase the understanding, effective use, and resultant benefits of incentives to businesses that currently use incentives, as well as businesses interested in improved performance.
The newly released 2024 Incentive Travel Index (ITI) reports that, overall, growth is projected for the incentive travel industry through 2026. Incentive travel buyers expect activity and per person spending above 2024 levels over the next two years.
