IRF Announces Accelerate Class of 2025 

(Washington, DC, January 14, 2025) The IRF is pleased to announce the 2025 Accelerate Class. Nine up-and-coming incentives professionals have been selected to participate in the IRF’s year-long program. The Accelerate Class of 2025 will benefit from mentorship, committee work, contributing to IRF research, and attending the 2025 IRF Invitational. 

Composed of program owners, third party planners, and suppliers, the Accelerate Class of 2025 represents a broad cross section of the incentives, recognition, and rewards industry. The Accelerate Class of 2025 includes: 

  • Simone Clark, Senior Solutions Specialist, FedEx
  • Dayna Eisen, Associate Director of Accounts, Imprint Events Group
  • Laura Felix, Group Travel Program Manager, 360insights
  • Sibley Guilianelli, Program Manager, Creative Group
  • Catherine Lapierre, Senior Sales Manager, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
  • Dion Savelkoul, Global Sales Manager – Luxury MICE, Minor Hotels
  • Magdalena Schneider, Senior Event Manager, MCC Destination Management
