Amy Rippelmeyer Elected Secretary & Treasurer, IRF Board of Trustees

(Washington, DC, June 29, 2026) The Incentive Research Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Amy Rippelmeyer as Secretary & Treasurer, IRF Board of Trustees. Amy begins an 18-month term on July 1, 2026. Representing a cross section of the incentives, rewards, and recognition industry, the IRF Board of Trustees leads the foundation in meeting its mission of conducting research and providing education highlighting the power of incentive and motivational programs.

“Congratulations to Amy Rippelmeyer on her election to the IRF Executive Committee as Secretary & Treasurer,” said Chris Johnson, Chair of the IRF Board of Trustees. “As Chair of the IRF Events Committee, Amy has played a key role in elevating our events and bringing IRF research to life for audiences across the industry. We’re thrilled to welcome her into this leadership position.”

Amy Rippelmeyer serves as Account Director, Global Sales – Luxury at Luxury Group, Marriott International. With both international and domestic luxury leadership experience, Amy is responsible for shaping strategy and managing strategic account relationships across Marriott’s Luxury portfolio, which includes The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, BVLGARI, EDITION, W Hotels, The St. Regis and The Luxury Collection. In her role, she works closely with key global partners to position Marriott’s luxury brands, unlock growth opportunities, and elevate customer engagement within the luxury segment.

Johnson continued, “I’d like to thank outgoing Secretary & Treasurer Min Choi, Lucent Insurance Agency, for his valuable insight and many contributions to the Incentive Research Foundation. In addition to serving on the Executive Committee, Min served as Co-Chair of the IRF Research Committee and frequently spoke on IRF panels and webinars.”

The Incentive Research Foundation (TheIRF.org) funds and promotes research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally. The goal is to increase the understanding, effective use, and resultant benefits of incentives to businesses that currently use incentives, as well as businesses interested in improved performance.
