IRF Announces Location for 2023 Education Invitational

The Incentive Research Foundation has some big news! The 2023 IRF Education Invitational will now take place at the fabulous Resorts World Las Vegas, Monday, June 5 – Thursday, June 8, 2023. Las Vegas is a perennial favorite destination for incentive travel program participants, and the 2023 IRF Education Invitational will be designed to show attendees how to deliver a fresh and memorable program in Las Vegas. 

Incentives industry professionals can expect three days of unique, unexpected, high-end experiences at this spectacular venue that feels custom built for incentives. From gaining insights during education programs to participating in memorable offsite activities to networking at over-the-top receptions, IRF Education Invitational attendees will experience Las Vegas in new and thrilling ways. 

There are many incentive-level options to explore in Las Vegas, and the IRF has built a program that will allow attendees to get the most out of this ever-changing destination. The IRF’s noteworthy education programming will take place over two mornings and will feature industry experts, a compelling keynote, IRF research, and interactive discussion groups. That leaves the afternoons for exciting destination activities and our famous Cabana Day at Resort World’s exclusive VIP pool. Working with our partners, the IRF will host dazzling evening receptions, including the Live and Silent Auctions where attendees can bid on luxury travel packages. 

Please note the new date pattern of Monday, June 5 – Thursday, June 8, 2023. Registration for the 2023 IRF Education Invitational will open on December 15, 2022. 

The destination of the 2023 IRF Education Invitational was previously announced as the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico. Due to minor construction at the property impacting the number of rooms available for IRF attendees, the program has been moved to Las Vegas. The IRF looks forward to returning to Puerto Rico to support this stunning incentive destination.
