IRF Partners with The Above and Beyond Foundation to Recognize "Heroes for Hospitality"

During the 2023 IRF Education Invitational, the Incentive Research Foundation partnered with The Above and Beyond Foundation to identify three incredible hospitality professionals who went “above and beyond” during our time at Resorts World Las Vegas. The Above and Beyond Foundation is a charity that recognizes, rewards, and supports outstanding individuals employed on the front lines of the hospitality industry by providing awards and grants to help them attain their personal and professional goals. 

As part of The Above and Beyond Foundation’s Heroes for Hospitality program, IRF Education Invitational attendees had the opportunity to nominate Resorts World Las Vegas front-line workers who demonstrated the heart of hospitality through an extraordinary single act of service and/or consistent job performance during the Invitational that was truly “above and beyond.” 

During the closing reception, there were enormous cheers of celebration and a few tears of joy as three “Hospitality Heroes” were announced. Danny Mueller (F&B Bites), Xavier Harris (Banquets), and Marco Hernandez (Utility Houseperson) were recognized for their outstanding work, and each of these “Hospitality Heroes” received a $5,000 grant.
